- 2 cups Fre White Zinfandel
- 1 cup green tea
- 1 1/2 cups peach juice (or peach nectar)
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 1/2 cup club soda
- 1 dozen raspberries
Fill an empty, plastic margarine tub with ½ cup peach juice and ½ cup water. Add raspberries. Freeze for at least 6 hours to create a decorative and flavorful ice mold.
Dissolve raw sugar into 1 cup boiling green tea, let cool. Pour sweetened tea mixture, juices and Fre White Zinfandel into a punch bowl. Let chill at least one hour. Just before serving, add club soda and ice mold. Ladle into punch cups or small glasses.
